Delivery time
When will I receive my delivery?
In principle, each article indicates its expected delivery time. Our aim is to deliver within this specified period. Do you want to receive your order at a different time, for example because you are waiting for the completion of your home? Then we can, of course, always postpone the delivery to a later date. When placing your order, it is possible to indicate a desired delivery date in the shopping cart. We always try our best to meet this desired delivery date. If the actual delivery date deviates significantly from your desired delivery date, we will contact you about this.

Shipping costs
What are the shipping costs for my order?
Many of the floors in our range are delivered free of charge to your home in the Netherlands and Belgium, provided the minimum purchase in square meters is met. For example, you can expect floors from the brands Floer, Floorify, Floorlife, vtwonen, Vivafloors, Hoomline, Douwes Dekker, and Sense to be delivered free of charge. This only applies to the floorboards themselves. Skirting boards and other products are subject to the tiered rates listed below.
At Solza.nl, all orders with an order value above 750 euros are also delivered free of charge to your home in both the Netherlands and Belgium. Below this order value, a tiered rate applies for different delivery costs.

> Are you ordering for more than 500 euros, but less than 600 euros? Then the delivery costs we charge are 29.95 euros.
> Are you ordering for more than 600 euros, but less than 700 euros? Then the delivery costs we charge are 19.95 euros.
> Are you ordering for more than 700 euros, but less than 750 euros? Then the delivery costs we charge are 9.95 euros.
How does delivery work?
When will I be notified about my delivery?
When an order from Solza.nl or one of our partners is shipped for delivery, you as a customer will immediately receive a notification (by email). We will also share track & trace information if available.
Where can deliveries be made?
Solza.nl can deliver your order throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Of course, exceptions may apply, such as islands or hard-to-reach areas. Do you want to be sure that delivery can be made to your address? Please send us a message at klantenservice@solza.nl.
How far do you deliver my order?
All floors are transported on a pallet; the delivery person uses a pallet truck to move the pallet from the truck to your home. The delivery person can drive the pallet wherever you want. Please note that the pallet cannot be driven over sandy paths or high thresholds. It is always up to the delivery person to decide how far they can deliver. Delivery on a pallet to the ground floor in front of the door. It is the customer's responsibility to move it inside.
Will my flooring (or other order) be delivered on a pallet?
In most cases, flooring or larger orders will be delivered on a pallet. These are almost always disposable pallets. These pallets are left behind by the transport company, and you can do with them what you wish after delivery. The pallets will not be collected under any circumstances.
Small tip: It often works to put out an online call that the pallets can be picked up for free.
Who delivers my order?
To ensure the process runs as smoothly, quickly and sustainably as possible, we have agreed with our partners and brands that they will generally arrange delivery to your address. The party delivering the order may therefore vary per order or per product.
Will I receive a delivery notification or do I need to inquire about it myself?
You will automatically receive a confirmation message from us when your order is dispatched. This email will also contain track & trace information for your order. In principle, you will always receive timely notification from us. If it seems to be taking an unusually long time, please feel free to send us a message about it.
Floorify is an exception to this rule. Unfortunately, no track & trace information is available for Floorify deliveries. We recommend entering a desired delivery date with your order. The driver will always call half an hour beforehand.
What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note in your mailbox with a new delivery time or the option to arrange a new delivery appointment. In some cases, this may incur additional costs.
Floorify
Will I receive track & trace information about my order from Floorify?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to send track & trace information for Floorify deliveries. We therefore advise you to enter a desired delivery date with your order. The driver who delivers the order to you will call half an hour before delivery to inform you of his arrival.
Floorlife & vtwonen
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery of the vtwonen and Floorlife brands will take place based on the postal code in the Netherlands. For postal codes below 4800, delivery will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For postal codes above 4800, delivery will take place on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Will I receive a track & trace for my order?
Yes, for deliveries of Floorlife or vtwonen brand products, you will receive a track & trace by email from the transport company. Therefore, it is advisable to also check your spam inbox. You usually receive these emails the evening before or on the morning of the delivery day.
Can we deviate from the fixed delivery days?
If necessary, we can deviate from the standard delivery days in consultation, but we will have to charge €100,- for this.
Floer
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM from Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered two business days later.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday and during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
Choose your preferred delivery day during checkout if you'd rather have a different delivery day.

Yes, for deliveries of Floer brand products, you will receive a track & trace by email from the transport company. It is therefore advisable to also keep an eye on your spam inbox. You usually receive these emails the evening before or the morning of the day of delivery.
