How do I file a complaint with Solza.nl?
A complaint should always be sent to klantenservice@solza.nl to be processed. Please include your order number or an invoice if available.
How quickly will I receive a response to my complaint?
It goes without saying that we aim to address your complaint as quickly as possible and provide a substantive response. We are, after all, keen to resolve this for you quickly. However, we will always respond substantively to your complaint(s) within 14 days at the latest.
What can I complain about?
At Solza.nl, we sell both products and services. For both types, products as well as services, it is possible to submit a complaint to us.
What if I am not satisfied with the handling of my complaint?
If you disagree with the solution or if we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your complaint to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl).
