Features of the Riviera Maison Hempstead Grey
This floor is very durable and wear-resistant. This means that the floor can certainly take a beating. This is due to the 0.55 mm thick top layer and 2 extra ceramic lacquer layers. The thermal resistance is also very low, namely 0.013 m2 K/W. This makes underfloor heating no problem! Accidentally spilled water? No problem! The Hempstead Grey is relatively resistant to moisture and is therefore perfectly suitable for damp rooms. The material is 100% new but also definitely durable. The planks are 77 cm long, 15.4 cm wide, and 2.5mm thick. The floor is also equipped with an R10 anti-slip layer. Thanks to an extra anti-scratch layer, the Hempstead Grey is relatively more resistant to scratches and bumps.

The designers of the brand drew their inspiration for this floor from the North Coast of Long Island, where the Hempstead House estate is located. The colors of the estate were used as a basis for determining the color of this floor.
