Our Otium Amber Cream is a beautiful laminate floor that creates a calm and warm atmosphere in your home. The color is a soft beige, which matches many types and colors of interior. Whether you have a modern or classic themed interior, it fits perfectly with both. The floor has a natural look due to the wood structure and the grooves on all sides of the planks. This makes it look like you have real planks, but with all the advantages of a laminate.

The Amber Cream floor is 7mm thick and the planks are 128.5 by 19.2 cm, which provides a neat and sleek appearance. This floor is great for a living room, bedroom, hallway, or even a small office. It is strong enough for domestic use in your home, and for light commercial use such as in a home office.
What makes this floor really easy is the Uniclic click system, which allows you to lay the planks without using any glue. This means you could even lay it yourself, even if you have no experience. This laminate is also floating, meaning you can simply lay it loosely on another floor. The floor has a bfl-s1 fire rating, which means that in case of fire, there is very limited flame spread and smoke development. A super important other advantage is that underfloor heating is also suitable for this floor, so you no longer suffer from cold feet in winter.

The Otium Amber Cream is also made of HDF, a strong material that ensures a sturdy floor and that the floor lasts a long time. The floor has a PEFC quality mark, which means that the wood comes from the forests in a thoughtful way. You get a full 15-year factory warranty on our floors, so you can be sure that this floor will last well and long.
