Where many people think of coconuts as warm weather, with the Floorify Coconut you can think of nice and warm feet. With a thickness of 0.4 cm, this floor is very suitable for homes with underfloor heating. The heat comes through the floor without any effort.

If you really want to get the most out of your underfloor heating, choose a suitable subfloor such as the Floorify Performance Underlay. The total thermal resistance of this floor and this Performance subfloor is only 0.0213 m² P/W. For Rigid click PVC, this is unprecedentedly low. It is even so low that this is the same heat resistance as with stick PVC floors where no subfloor is involved!

The right subfloor for the Floorify Coconut

For the Floorify Coconut, we advise you to choose a floorify subfloor. These are made for the Floorify floors, so you not only keep the warranty but also have the best match. However, it differs per situation what the best subfloor will be for you.

Upstairs apartments that have to comply with the 10 dB regulation almost immediately end up with the Floorify Comfort Underlay. This subfloor dampens the noise by no less than 21 dB according to European measurement standards! This subfloor is softer than the alternative, with which you also get maximum walking comfort at home. The subfloor is suitable for underfloor heating.

If the 10 dB rule does not apply to you, or you want a somewhat harder subfloor, go for the Floorify Performance Underlay. This subfloor is a bit harder and therefore extra sturdy. This provides even more protection for your Rigid click PVC Floorify Coconut floor. In addition, this subfloor has a heat resistance that is 3 times lower than the Comfort subfloor.
