Convenient packaging and application

Our Unigrund-S primer comes in a user-friendly 5kg package with a resealable lid. Applying the primer before applying self-leveling compound or tile adhesive helps prepare the surface, whether it is absorbent or non-absorbent. It ensures better adhesion and prevents material waste.

A-grade primer

The Unigrund-S primer is ready to use, resistant to water and alkalis, and contains no solvents. It is fast-drying, has very low emissions, and is universally applicable for both indoor and outdoor use. This makes it a very flexible and reliable choice for all ceramic tiling projects.

Instructions for use and important considerations

After cleaning the surface, apply the primer to prepare it for the next step. Please note: the primer must not be applied wet-on-wet and is not suitable for temperatures below 5 degrees or above 30 degrees. Store frost-free and always consult the packaging for correct processing and drying times. With 5kg of primer, you can prime approximately 65m2.

The difference from regular primer

While our standard primer is specifically designed for absorbent surfaces, the Unigrund-S primer can be applied to both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces. This makes it particularly useful for projects where new tiles are laid over old tiles.
