HMK Z250 Epoxyclean Abra-Top is a specially developed cleaning powder that can be used to remove hardened epoxy haze and synthetic resin-modified grout from ceramic tiles.

Instructions for use: Sprinkle HMK Z250 Epoxyclean Abra-Top onto the surface to be cleaned, add a small amount of water, and spread it evenly over the surface using a white or beige pad. If applied to wall tiles, first mix HMK Z250 Epoxyclean Abra-Top with water. Allow the product to act for approximately 10-20 minutes. Then treat the surface with warm water and simultaneous scrubbing (nylon brush or pad), which dissolves the resin haze. Use a wet vacuum cleaner to suck up the entire solution or, for smaller areas, wipe thoroughly with a sponge. Repeat the treatment if the result is unsatisfactory. The product is most effectively processed with machine assistance using a single-disc scrubber or an angle grinder. Heating the tiles can lead to improved cleaning. For easier removal, HMK Z965 / Z966 Rubber Granulate can be added during scrubbing. Rinse with HMK R183 Cement Residue Remover (1:10 to 1:15) for an absolutely clean surface and then, if necessary, neutralize the surface with HMK R157 Intensive Tile Cleaner (1:10 to 1:15). First, heat thick residues/pieces of epoxy resin with a hot air gun and then treat and remove them with a putty knife or hard nylon brush.

Please note: Before you start, test the product in an inconspicuous area or on a loose tile to determine the mixing ratio, effect, and working time.
