Together with our brand partner Floer, we at Solza have developed a new service: Premium In-Home Delivery. If you order Floer flooring, two PostNL Extra@Home delivery staff will safely bring your floor into your home – at a time you choose yourself.
Are you ordering Floer brand flooring through our webshop? Then the option to choose Premium In-Home Delivery will automatically appear on the screen during the ordering process.

Can I choose standard delivery as well?
Yes, you can also opt for standard delivery to the front door
Is everything unpacked or assembled?
No, the delivery people bring the order inside, but they do not unpack or assemble it.
What is the difference between standard delivery and Premium Inside Delivery?
With standard delivery, your order is delivered to your front door. With Premium Indoor Delivery, two delivery personnel will safely bring your order into your home (up to the first private threshold).
Can I choose the delivery date myself?
Yes, after your order and when Floer transfers the pallet with floorboards to PostNL, you will receive a message from PostNL Extra@Home to schedule a delivery time.
Do I need to make space in my home?
Yes, please make sure the path is clear of obstacles and fragile items so our delivery staff can easily deliver your order.
On which days do you deliver?
Deliveries take place on weekdays and sometimes on Saturdays, depending on your postcode. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this; you will arrange delivery directly with PostNL Extra@Home.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
Yes, someone must be present to receive the order and grant the delivery personnel access to the property.
I live on an upper floor; does there need to be an elevator?
From the 5th floor onwards, a lift must be present; up to and including the 4th floor, deliveries can be made without a lift.
Are the products delivered to the correct room?
We deliver to the first private threshold of the delivery address, and not to a floor inside the residence.
