The story of Anja from Leusden
Anja has lived in her house in Leusden for over 20 years. After her husband Ties passed away, both her life and her interior came to a standstill. After 5 years, Anja dares to take the step to renovate her house. Time for our team to help her!
A big wish of Anja's is to keep the seating area by the window, where she likes to sit and enjoy looking outside. Laura incorporates this wish into her design. She creates a brand new piece of furniture where Anja can relax. A fireplace and storage space are also integrated into this furniture.
Anja is not happy with the open staircase; in its place, a beautiful, closed staircase will be installed. A steel sliding door will also be placed to prevent drafts. Through colorful wallpaper on the wall, the interior becomes warmer and more playful. Wooden panels behind the sofa further enhance this effect. This way, the interior becomes a beautiful whole!
A new floor for Anja
At Solza, to help Anja with her new interior, we partnered with the Floorify brand, of which we are also an official dealer at Solza. The floor had several requirements it had to meet. Underfloor heating would be installed in the house, and there's also a loyal four-legged friend. Of course, no problem at all!
Floorify Long Plank Click PVC Latte F034
Together with the interior designers, it was decided to install the Floorify Latte F034 in Anja's home. A floor whose long planks emphasize the depth of the room, making it feel significantly larger, while also offering a warm look that is virtually indistinguishable from real wood. We combined this click PVC floor with the Floorify Performance underlay to achieve the lowest possible thermal resistance for the underfloor heating. Of course, a beautiful finish with matching Floorify skirting boards could not be missed for the complete look.
